I appreciate friendship and the people who surround me. Meeting new people who support all my efforts to grow and develop my skills not only in the subjects but also in my hobbies gives me a lot of energy. Many of those friends who surround me now I met on the street while doing my hobby. I’m in love with photography, so the thing I love doing so much became even more enjoyable. I decided to take beautiful pictures of accidental people and share these photos with them by email or on social media. I feel happy inside seeing how happy they are looking at the pictures where they are walking or sitting somewhere in the park. In this way, some of my colleagues became my best friend and we both believe that we were meant to meet because we studied the same classes and we have similar life goals. The goal I’m currently striving for is to make this world a better place to live in by starting the changes with myself. Sure, I’ve had bad experiences in my life too, but this is exactly what made me the way I am now: grateful, full of love, with a desire to pursue my studies because it will help me become a successful person in the future and have a high quality of life. I believe that it is manifesting day by day and I feel even more responsible for what I do and where I go. With all I already have, I know that I’m on the right path and I will do my best to inspire others to live the way they feel like living as well. I am the eldest of 12 siblings in the family and I can say that I’m the breadwinner in the family. I graduated from college with the aid of those scholarships which gave me an opportunity to pursue it. Different struggles and experiences passed on me and it made me stronger and made me who I am today. Turning 29 this coming April next year and a new adventure came to my life. I’m currently working as College faculty in my alma mater. Teaching English, Filipino, and PE subjects which at first, I thought it is hard but as time passed by, I realized that phase by phase I’m learning and adapting to the new environment that I have which is the field of teaching. I never dreamed to become a teacher when I was in high school because I thought that being a teacher is a hard and difficult job to cope up since I observed that the teachers are working day and night just to have good and quality education for the students. But when I enter college with the advice of my friend named Lorgee to pursue an education program in college because he saw potential in me to become a good educator. At first, I was hesitant to take the program until I finally decided with crossed-fingers to enroll in this program. I’m glad that I was able to finish my Bachelor's Degree with the help of my competent teachers of FCIC and also with prayers to our Almighty God. I do not set myself the goal of becoming a leader as many others do, but I know that I can make the right decision when necessary. I repeatedly took responsibility in difficult situations, when all the others were lost. For this I respect myself. For this, I am respected by other people. I’m not one of those who suppress themselves or go beyond everywhere and every time. I usually say a little, but all my words are weighed. I prefer to act only when the situation requires it or circumstances force it. And it works! As at other times I can do my own affairs or just contemplate the world as it really is, revealing its real colors. I respect myself, although I do not try to make myself a leader or head of the company. At the same time, I will not let myself be offended and try to make sure that my opinion is respected by both relatives and friends. I often stand in my opinion. It’s not so easy for me to change it even under the weight of some respectable arguments. Someone can consider that it is wrong, but I like to be independent in everything I am doing. My close people and friends know this feature in me and consider it avoiding unnecessary arguments or conversations. As of the moment I’m studying for my Master’s Degree in teaching major in Educational Management. I believe that this will help me to become more productive and it will help me achieve my goals and dreams in life, the goal to uplift my family away from poverty.
