At the age of 28, I embarked on a journey to the United States with a broken heart. That failed marriage almost made me lose hope in life. I longed for change and rebirth, so I walked into a brand new world alone. In the United States, my only relative is my aunt. She is not only my guide in life, but also my mentor in life. She taught me how to integrate into this society, how to live independently, and taught me the words that I will remember for the rest of my life: "You must know how to teach others what you have learned, and you must also know how to give back to society with the money you earn." Life was tight, but I never lost hope. Finally, I founded my own women's clothing wholesale company, and with persistence and hard work, I achieved financial freedom and found the value and meaning of life. Looking back on this journey, I know very well: If it weren't for the end of that marriage, if I didn't have the courage to step out of my comfort zone, I might always be just an ordinary housewife and wouldn't know who I really am.
